FORECAST PROBLEMS ARE POPS AND TEMPERATURES

THE 18Z SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS LOW PRESSURE IN NORTHEAST COLORADO WITH
HIGH PRESSURE OVER MONTANA AND NORTHERN NEBRASKA. THUNDERSTORMS WERE
VISIBLE ON SATELLITE OVER NORTHEAST COLORADO. DEWPOINTS WERE IN THE 50S
ACROSS THE FA.

THE MODELS ARE SIMILAR WITH THE BASIC FEATURES. SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL
CONTINUE OVER A WARMFRONT IN NORTHEAST COLORADO AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA
THROUGH MONDAY EVENING. A SHORTWAVE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA
TONIGHT AND COMBINE WITH Q-G FORCING...UPWARD VERTICAL VELOCITIES AND
ISENTROPIC LIFT AT I310. THE THETA-E RIDGE REMAINS IN PLACE NEAR THE
FRONT AND OVER THE FA. CAPE IS LIMITED TONIGHT AT AROUND 500 J/KG BUT
INCREASES TO 1000-1500 J/KG BY MONDAY NIGHT. SOUTHEAST WINDS AT 5 TO 10
MPH FOR TONIGHT INCREASING TO 10 TO 20 MPH MONDAY. THIS SCENARIO WILL
