* ALTHOUGH THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSHOWERS HAVE ENDED OVER SOUTHEAST
  GARDEN COUNTY...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS REPORT THAT THE
  RUNOFF FROM EARLIER THUNDERSHOWERS CONTINUES TO PRESENT PROBLEMS
  IN THE RURAL AREAS. MANY COUNTY ROADS EAST OF HIGHWAY 27...SOUTH
  OF OSHKOSH AND EAST TO THE VICINITY OF LEWELLEN ARE REPORTED TO BE
