FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 425 AM A LARGE AREA OF RAIN WITH EMBEDDED CLUSTERS OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED OVER SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI. THUNDERSTORMS
WERE INCREASING ALONG INTERSTATE 59 FROM THE LAUREL TO MERIDIAN
AREAS AS THEY PROGRESSED NORTHEASTWARD.  RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO
2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS AS THEY MOVE ACROSS
AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY HAD AROUND 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVERNIGHT.
 
THIS IS A POTENTIALLY SERIOUS FLOODING PROBLEM FOR THE LAUREL...
QUITMAN AND MERIDIAN AREAS.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY
IF YOU ARE IN A LOCATIONN NORMALLY SUBJECT TO RISING WATER.
 
AT NIGHT BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
