BUTLER COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OHIO. * EFFECTIVE UNTIL 100 PM EDT. * AT 1125 AM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS WERE MOVING FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ACROSS BUTLER COUNTY. SINCE 1030 AM EDT...THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED ONE TO TWO INCHES AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT ONE TO TWO HOURS. * AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND SHOULD FLO OD WATERS THREATEN.
