UNION COUNTY IN CENTRAL OHIO. * EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1135 PM EDT. * AT 930 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN UNION COUNTY...MAINLY ALONG AND NORTH OF STATE ROUTE 47...SINCE 8 PM EDT. * THE UNION COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED THAT HIGH WATER SIGNS WILL BE PLACED ON BALDWIN ROAD NEAR ESSEX. * SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL PRODUCE ANOTHER ONE TO ONE AND ONE-HALF INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN UNION COUNTY BY 1135 PM EDT.
