GREENE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO. * EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1200 AM EDT. * SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN GREENE COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE CLOSE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN NEAR YELLOW SPRINGS SINCE 7 PM. * AREAS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDNIGHT WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE. THIS WILL PRODUCE FLOODING PROBLEMS...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALLER CREEKS AND STREAMS AND IN LOW LYING AREAS.
