CLARK COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO. * EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1105 PM EDT. * SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BROUGHT HEAVY RAIN TO CLARK COUNTY THIS EVENING. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT AN INCH TO AN INCH AND A HALF OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS CLARK COUNTY SINCE 7 PM. * PERIODS OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH THIS EVENING. SOME HEAVY RAIN IS POSSIBLE WHICH WILL LIKELY PRODUCE AREAS OF FLOODING...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE SMALLER CREEKS AND STREAMS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
