* AT 1130 PM MDT...GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR AND WALLACE COUNTY
SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTS INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
13 MILES SOUTH OF GOODLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

* 2 FEET OF WATER OVER HIGHWAY 27 8-12 MILES SOUTH OF GOODLAND.

DON'T DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS! MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
