     INCLUDING WILMER...UNIVERSITY PARK...SEAGOVILLE...SACHSE...     
     ROWLETT...RICHARDSON...MESQUITE...HUTCHINS...GARLAND...DALLAS   
     ...BALCH SPRINGS AND ADDISON

   * UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

   * AT 725 AM CDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN OVER MESQUITE WITH LITTLE MOVEMENT.  A PUBLIC REPORT HAS BEEN 
RECEIVED OF ONE FOOT OF WATER AT I30 AND BELTLINE IN MESQUITE.  
DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT OVER TWO INCHES OF RAN HAS FALLEN 
IN THIS AREA DURING THE PAST TWO HOURS.  THE RAIN AREA IS EXPECTED
