THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
     ROCKWALL COUNTY IN TEXAS
     KAUFMAN COUNTY IN TEXAS
     INCLUDING TERRELL...ROCKWALL...KAUFMAN AND FORNEY

   * UNTIL 900 AM CDT

   * AT 545 AM CDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN BETWEEN ROCKWALL AND MABANK MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 10 MPH.  
DOPPLER RADAR HAS DETECTED RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 2 1/2  
INCHES OF RAIN JUST SOUTH OF KAUFMAN AND NEAR 2 INCHES IN ROCKWALL 
HAVE FALLEN SINCE 3 AM.
