THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
     NAVARRO COUNTY IN TEXAS
     INCLUDING CORSICANA

   * UNTIL 900 AM CDT

   * AT 545 AM CDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN OVER THE EASTERN QUARTER OF NARARRO COUNTY.  THE HEAVIEST RAIN 
AREA IS ABOUT ABOUT 11 MILES NORTHEAST OF CORSICANA...MOVING 
SOUTHWEST AT 5 MILES PER HOUR.  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT TWO TO 
THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLING IN THIS AREA SINCE 2 AM CDT.  AN 
ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES IS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE RAIN BEGINS TO 
TAPPER OFF.

   * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE ROANE...KERENS AND
     GOODLOW PARK


MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN APPROACHING LOW
