THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DELTA COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 1000 AM CST

* AT 553 AM CST...THE DELTA COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE REPORTED THAT HIGHWAY
  71 NEAR THE COMMUNITY OF HORTON WAS FLOODED.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT
  OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN PART OF
  DELTA COUNTY OVERNIGHT. ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN LOW 
  LYING...FLOOD PRONE AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
