THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HENDERSON COUNTY IN TEXAS
  VAN ZANDT COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 1000 AM CST

* AT 645 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED OVER VAN ZANDT AND HENDERSON 
  COUNTIES.  THE VAN ZANDT SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED THAT COUNTY ROAD
  1106 BETWEEN FARM TO MARKET ROAD 17 AND HIGHWAY 19 WAS 
  IMPASSABLE.  ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS LIKELY IN LOW LYING...FLOOD
  PRONE AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHE:RE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
