CLAY COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 925 PM CDT * AT 833 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 16 MILES SOUTHEAST OF YANKTON OR 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF VERMILLION MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
