KITTSON COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA * UNTIL 550 PM CDT * AT 515 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS 1 MILE EAST OF PEMBINA TO 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PEMBINA MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR... THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS NORTHERN CAVALIER AND SOUTHERN PEMBINA COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA...AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT...ALONG BOUNDARY THAT IS SHOWING UP VERY WELL ON VIS SATTELITE. CAP HAS BEEN ERRODED AND LI VALUES ARE LESS THAN ZERO. STORMS COULD PRODUCE SEVERE HAIL. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THIS EVENING.
