NORMAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 1140 PM CDT * AT 1105 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR HENDRUM OR 30 MILES NORTH OF FARGO MOVING EAST AT 25 MTPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
