BAND OF MODERATE TO HVY RN IS NOW OCCURRING ALG IN THE COMMA HEAD OF STACKED STM SYS OVR NRN RRV. DURING THE LAST FEW HRS CONVERGENGE HAS INCREASED IN THE DEFORMATION ZN RESULTING IN INTENSIFYING PCPN ECHOES. THE INTENSIFICATION IS LIKELY A RESULT OF NWRD MOVG 500 MB JET INTO SRN MB. XPC THIS FEATURE TO CONTINUE TO PRODUCE MODERATE TO HVY RN FOR NXT SVRL HRS BEFORE UPR LOW BEGINS TO MOV INTO CANADA TWD 06Z. BLV FFA WL NEED TO BE XTNDED INTO EARLY EVENING HRS BEFORE ECHES BEGIN TO DECREASE. WL COORDINATE WITH MSP/BIS ON PLACEMENT ALTHO SHOULD KP EXISTING AREA PLUS NERN CWFA COUNTIES WHERE PCPN IS MOVG.
