* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN POLK COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA
  EASTERN GRAND FORKS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 745 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TORRENTIAL RAIN OVER GRAND
  FORKS.  RAINFALL ESTIMES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE 2.00 INCHES IN
  ONE HOUR.  THUNDERSTORMS ARE NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE CITY AND
  WILL RESULT IN RAPID PONDING OF WATER.
