THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TRAILL COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 925 PM CDT

* AT 725 PM CDT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED NEAR
  MAYVILLE OR 30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GRAND FORKS.  THE STORMS WERE
  MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL ESTIMATES
  OF TWO INCHES IN THE MAYVILLE AND HATTON AREAS.

* FLOODING IS LIKELY IN SOME STREETS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.  PLEASE
  AVOID DRIVING OVER FLOODED ROADS.  THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
  MOVE NORTH OVER THIS AREA DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS.
