IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...CARROLL COUNTY...DOUGLAS COUNTY AT 612 PM EST WEATHER RADAR WAS SHOWING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED BETWEEN CARROLLTON AND WHITESBURG MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT IN OR NEAR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
