IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...DEKALB COUNTY...FULTON COUNTY AT 415 PM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR WAS SHOWING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED NEAR EAST POINT. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT IN OR NEAR THE WARNED AREA.
