* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VAL VERDE  AND KINNEY COUNTIES IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 605 AM CDT

* FLASH FLOODING EXPECTED -
  IN AND AROUND DEL RIO IN VAL VERDE COUNTY AND
  BETWEEN DEL RIO AND BRACKETTVILLE IN KINNEY COUNTY

* DOPPLER RADARS INDICATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
  WESTERN PORTIONS OF KINNEY COUNTY AND THE EASTERN HALF OF VAL
  VERDE COUNTY MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.  RAINFALL RATES OF ONE
  INCH AN HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED.  ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF THE DEL RIO
