THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  UVALDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* RUNOFF FROM RAINFALL OVERNIGHT AND THIS MORNING WILL CONTINUE TO
  FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND BRING AREA
  CREEKS...STREAMS..AND RIVERS OUT OF BANKS.  MANY ROAD ACROSS
  UVALDE COUNTY REMAIN CLOSED INCLUDING PARTS OF HIGHWAY 90...HWY
  481...HWY 55 NORTH...1050 AND 1051 AND HWY 127 FROM CONCAN TO
  SABINAL.

  ALTHOUGH THE HEAVY RAIN HAS ENDED OVER UVALDE COUNTY FOR THE
  PRESENT...ADDITIONAL RAIN IS POSSIBLE.  TRAVEL CAN BE DEADLY ON
  THESE ROADS TODAY.  RESIDENTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT TO THE THREAT OF
  RISING WATER.
