DALLAS COUNTY IN CENTRAL IOWA * UNTIL 300 AM CDT * AT 1138 PM CDT... AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY. HIGHWAY 44 WAS BLOCKED BY HIGH WATER AND SANDBAGGING WAS UNDERWAY IN REDFIELD. * BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVER THE COUNTY BETWEEN 800 AND 1000 PM. SATELLITE ESTIMATES THAT EVEN MORE MAY HAVE FALLEN IN A FEW SPOTS. SOME STREAMS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
