SOUTHEASTERN GRAY COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS * UNTIL 940 PM CDT * AT 630 PM CDT...A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS OCCURRING OVER SOUTHEAST GRAY COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST. * GRAY COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT WATER WAS RUNNING OVER HIGHWAY 23 ABOUT 6 MILES SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 23 AND 56 AND THEY WERE BARRICADING THE HIGHWAY.
