NORTHERN EDWARDS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS SOUTHERN PAWNEE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 800 PM CDT * AT 455 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...THAT EXTENDED FROM BELPRE TO LEWIS TO 4 MILES WEST OF KINSLEY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.. * DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT AROUND 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WITHIN ONE HOUR OVER THE AFFECTED AREAS. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED OVER THESE AREAS. THIS WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES IN STREAMS AND DRY WASHES. SOME ROADS COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING.
