THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS CONTINUED THE FLOOD
WARNING FOR WARREN COUNTY UNTIL 6 AM EST

HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS WARREN COUNTY. MORE THAN 1.5
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE PRECIPITATION BEGAN WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON. THE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS MAKING FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS...CREEKS AND
STREAMS LIKELY.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORT THAT RTE 62 IN TIDIOUTE HAS
BEEN CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING.

IN ADDITION...A FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF THE
NORTHERN MOUNTAINS FOR THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.


DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR THROUGH WATER THAT COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE
TO HIGHER GROUND.
