THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR
  POTTER COUNTY

* UNTIL 405 PM EST


* FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA
  OVERNIGHT AND HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES ACROSS THE COUNTY THIS
  MORNING.  MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED TO MOVE NORTHEAST INTO THE AREA
  THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON.

ROAD FLOODING HAS BEGUN AND SMALL STREAMS HAVE ALSO BEGUN TO
OVERFLOW.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL MAKE FLOODING WORSE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
