* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LIVE OAK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 115 PM CDT

* AT 1008 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN LOCATED IN THE SIMMONS AND THREE RIVERS
  AREAS..MOVING WEST AT 10 MPH.

AT 1008 AM CDT...HAM RADIO OPERATORS REPORT THAT THERE IS ONGOING
FLOODING IN THE THREE RIVERS AREA.

AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED
TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND... SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
