  REFUGIO IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 615 AM CDT

* AT AT 315 AM CDT ... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 10 MILES EAST OF
  REFUGIO AND NEAR AUSTWELL...MOVING SLOWLY WESTWARD.

* HEAVY RAINFALL WILL QUICKLY FLOOD STREETS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING.
