THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  STARK COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OHIO

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT

* THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVED ACROSS STARK COUNTY LATE THIS
  AFTERNOON.  THE HEAVIEST RAIN FELL ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF
  THE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATED AROUND TWO TO THREE INCHES RAIN FELL.
  SOME FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN WAYNESBURG IN FAR SOUTHEASTERN STARK
  COUNTY AROUND 5 PM.

* THE HEAVIEST STORMS HAVE ALREADY MOVED THROUGH THE AREA BUT RADAR
  WAS SHObWING THAT MORE SHOWERS MOVE ACROSS THE AREA UNTIL ABOUT
