* AT 940 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED BETWEEN
  1.5 AND 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE 9PM ACROSS A PORTION OF
