THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN HOLMES COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 150 AM EDT

* AT 11:45 PM SIGNIFICANT FLOODING WAS STILL OCCURRING ACROSS MUCH OF
  WESTERN HOLMES COUNTY.  EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
  OFFICIALS INDICATED THE BLACK CREEK WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS AND
  SEVERAL HOMES WERE FLOODED IN THE GLENMONT AREA.  IN ADDITION
  SEVERAL ROADS HAD BEEN CLOSED IN WESTERN HOLMES COUNTY DUE TO HIGH
  WATER.

* AT 11:45 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THE HEAVY RAIN HAD
  WEAKENED ACROSS THE AREA HOWEVER FLOODING FROM THE HEAVY RAIN
  EARLIER THIS EVENING WILL CONTINUE INTO THE NIGHT.
