FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...HOLMES COUNTY...WAYNE COUNTY
 
AT 715 AM DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING MORE HEAVY RAIN MOVING BACK INTO
HOLMES AND WAYNE COUNTIES. WATER WAS OVER SOME ROADS IN WOOSTER. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE MORE FLOODED ROADS AND EVEN SOME STREAMS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
