SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...ASHLAND COUNTY...HOLMES COUNTY...HURON COUNTY...WAYNE COUNTY
 
AT 620 AM DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM SOUTH OF
NORWALK THROUGH ASHLAND TO WEST OF MILLERSBURG IN HOLMES COUNTY. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED WIND GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH AND THE RAIN IS
HEAVY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
 
TWO TREES WERE KNOCKED DOWN IN KNOW COUNTY JUST BEFORE 6 AM.
 
 
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DONT USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
