FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

PERSISTENT HEAVY RAINS THIS AFTERNOON WILL CAUSE PONDING
OF WATER IN LOWLYING AREAS ACROSS THE AREA. FLOODING WILL
LIKELY BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD DURING THE AFTERNOON RUSH HOUR.
 
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AN INCH OR MORE IN ONE HOUR HAVE BEEN REPORTED
IN THE TOLEDO AREA FROM 2 TO 3 PM.
 
SOME ROADS HAVE BEEN REPORTED CLOSED IN FULTON AND HENRY COUNTIES.
