MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING AND
FLOODING IS LIKELY IN LOWLYING AREAS THROUGH THE RUSH HOUR.
 
RAINFALL AMOUNT UP TO AN INCH IN THE LAST THREE HOURS HAS
BEEN REPORTED AROUND TOLEDO.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
