  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ALIGNED ALONG THE SPINE OF THE
  GREEN MOUNTAINS FROM NEAR BRISTOL TO WALLINGFORD.

* THESE STORMS WERE MOVING OVER THE SAME AREAS AND LOCALIZED RAINFALL
