FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST MASSACHUSETTS
 
   ...HAMPDEN COUNTY
 
AT 1210 PM...RAINFALL OF 2 TO 3 INCHES HAS BEGUN TO CAUSE SMALL STREAMS
TO RISE OUT OF BANK. IN MONSON...THE 12 MILE RIVER WAS REPORTED TO BE
RISING OUT OF ITS BANKS.
 
CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TO WORSEN AS MORE RAINFALL HEADS THROUGH THE
COUNTY THROUGH THE MID AFTERNOON.
 
A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT.  IT IS
IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR
CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS.  CAMPERS SHOULD
