THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN TUSCALOOSA COUNTY... IN WEST CENTRAL ALABAMA

* UNTIL 920 AM CDT

* AT 715 AM... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME EASTERN TUSCALOOSA COUNTY.
  MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH.   THE RAIN IS TAPERING OFF BUT
  HEAVY RAINFALL OVERNIGHT OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES HAS FLOODED ROADS IN
  THE VANCE AND COALING AREAS.

* DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD!
  THE RUNOFF IS INCOMPLETE AND WILL^ CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR TWO.
