* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* AT 315 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN ACROSS
  NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY BETWEEN GRANVILLE AND WHITEHALL
  MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.

* THESE SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DROP HEAVY
  RAIN AT RATES IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH PER HOUR. LAW ENFORCEMENT
  OFFICIALS REPORT FLOODED STREETS IN WHITEHALL.
