* UNTIL 800 AM EDT

* AT AT 4 AM THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN WERE BETWEEN GLENS
  FALLS IN WARREN COUNTY AND ARGYLE IN WASHINGTON COUNTY.
  SPOTTERS INDICATED STREET FLOODING WITH 3 TO 4 FEET OF WATER ON
  SOME ROADS IN QUEENSBURY.  THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT
