* AT 536...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 TO 10 MILES EAST OF SAN
  YSIDRO. THUNDERSTORMS WERE REDEVELOPING OVER THAT SAME AREA
  DURING THE PAST HOUR.
