THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBUQUERQUE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN SOCORRO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 720 PM MDT

* AT 455 PM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL IN
  EASTERN SOCORRO COUNTY FROM THE WHITE SANDS MISSILE RANGE
  NORTHWARD TO U.S. HIGHWAY 60. MOVEMENT WAS SLOWLY NORTH
  NORTHEASTWARD. THE AFOREMENTIONED AREAS WILL HAVE THE GREATEST
  LIKELIHOOD OF FLASH FLOODING.


BOTH LOCALIZED AND DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE DANGEROUS
FLOWS IN ARROYOS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
DRIVE THROUGH THESE WATERS.
