LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO * UNTIL 500 PM MDT * AT 300 PM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TWO THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN. ONE STORM WAS 2 MILES SOUTH AND WEST OF CAPITAN AND ANOTHER 2 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ANCHO... LITTLE MOVEMENT. * A SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAINS IN RUIDOSO WITH HAIL COVERING THE GROUND AT 255 PM.
