* AT 355 PM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN CONCHAS LAKE
  AND MONTOYA... MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
