THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBUQUERQUE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TORRANCE COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 500 PM MDT

* AT 300... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED TWO
AREAS OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN.  ONE AREAS LOCATED
BETWEEN CHILILI AND TORREON AND THE OTHER AREA BETWEEN ENCINO
AND DURAN.  THESE AREAS WERE MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 10
MPH.

* RAIN OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IN DURING THE NEXT HOUR WILL
CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND ARROYOS.

MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IzN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
