340 WUUS1 KTLH 230140 RRA SVRTLH ALC031-230230- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TALLAHASSEE FL 938 PM EDT (838 PM CDT) TUE APR 22 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM EDT (930 PM CDT) FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHEAST ALABAMA ...COFFEE COUNTY AT 837 PM RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO COFFEE COUNTY. THESE STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS AND POSSIBLY SOME HAIL. THE STORMS WILL MOVE EAST AT 45 MPH AND WILL MOVE ACROSS ALL OF COFFEE COUNTY BY 930 PM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER... SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
