000 TTAA00 KSLC 112135 RRA SVRSLC UTC003-112220- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SALT LAKE CITY UT 334 PM MDT MON AUG 11 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY UT HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 420 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTHWESTERN UTAH ...WESTERN BOX ELDER COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR IS SHOWING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE TOWN OF LUCIN. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AT ABOUT 10 MPH AND WILL AFFECT LUCIN AND MOTORISTS ON STATE ROUTE 30. THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WIND...LARGE HAIL...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING ALONG WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN. VERY LOW VISIBILITIES IN STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING DUST ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH THIS STORM TAKE COVER WHEN THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.
