FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 350 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...WESTERN WAYNE COUNTY
 
AT 215 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS FOLLOWING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM
IN WESTERN WAYNE COUNTY...NORTH OF TORREY...AND OVER THE
NORTHERN PORTIONS OF CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARK.  THIS STORM WAS
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS...AND DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 INCHES
OF RAIN HAD FALLEN FROM THIS STORM IN THE PAST HOUR.
 
IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD
WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS
